  • We ship using recycled paper and products. After we complete the creation of your new OmniCore, it will take 3-5 business days for shipping depending on where you are in the world. We ship from the USA and Indonesia.

  • Returns and Exchanges are honored within 14 days from the time of purchase.

    Returns: You will be refunded for the amount that you paid once the item has been returned in perfect condition.

    If the product is damaged, it cannot qualify for a refund but can be exchanged. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund payment.

  • Please handle OmniCore with care. Do not drop OmniCore as this can cause the crystal to pop out!

    If the item is damaged and able to be repaired, we will repair the item without charge.
